IMMEDIATE RECONSTRUCTION AFTER LEFT-SIDE SKIN-SPARING MASTECTOMY

Autologous reconstrucion of the left breast with free flap from the abdominal region. Reconstruction of the nipple with local flaps and tattooing of the areola. Vertical mastopexy (breast lift) was performed on the right breast to correct asymmetry.
