BILATERAL AUTOLOGOUS BREAST RECONSTRUCTION

Immediate reconstruction of both breasts with abdominal free flaps. Reconstruction of both nipples with local flaps, tattooing of the areolas. Obvious signs of irradiation therapy on the left breast before the procedure.
