BILATERAL AUTOLOGOUS BREAST RECONSTRUCTION

Immediate reconstruction of both breasts with abdominal free flaps after bilateral skin sparing mastectomies. Reconstruction of both nipples with local flaps, tattooing of the areolas. Breast lift-type mastectomy incisions were used on the left side to reduce redundant skin envelope.
