BILATERAL AUTOLOGOUS BREAST RECONSTRUCTION

Immediate reconstruction of both breasts with abdominal free flaps. Reconstruction of both nipples with local flaps and tattooing of the areolas. Breast lift-type mastectomy incisions were used on the right side to reduce redundant skin envelope.
