BILATERAL BREAST RECONSTRUCTION AFTER PROPHYLACTIC MASTECOMIES

Bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate placement of tissue exanders under the pectoralis major muscles. After 8 months tissue expanders were replaced with permanent silicone implants. Reconstruction of both nipples with local flaps and tattooing of the areolas.
