DELAYED RECONSTRUCTION OF THE LEFT BREAST WITH AN IMPLANT

Reconstruction of the left breast 5 years after modified radical mastectomy. At first operation a tissue exander was placed under the left pectoralis major muscle. After 5 months it was replaced with permanent silicone implant and breast augmentation with lift was performed on the right side. At third operation nipple was reconstructed with local flaps.
