DELAYED-IMMEDIATE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE LEFT BREAST

Skin-sparing mastectomy with immediate placement of tissue exander under the pectoralis major muscle. After 6 months tissue expander was replaced with permanent silicone implant. At the same time breast enlargement was performed on the right side through incision in the submammary fold. Reconstruction of the left nipple with local flaps and tattooing of the areola.
